Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking Industry (mandatory)
- Previous experience as a Service Delivery Manager (mandatory)
- Experienced in Agile software development
- Strong understanding of Scrum practices, including User Stories, Backlog Refinement, Definition of Done (DoD), and Automated Testing
- Strong knowledge of Banking APIs and Digital Channels (mandatory), such as: Mandiri Kopra, OCTOBIZ Channels
- Candidates without experience in Banking APIs and Channels will not be considered
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Create business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and business users throughout the Agile development lifecycle
- Manage backlog refinement and ensure business requirements are clearly defined
- Support project delivery and ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of banking solutions
