Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Analyst / Executive Assistant Norbreeze Group Pte Ltd

As the role of a Business Analyst / Executive Assistant, this position will be directly responsible for assisting in all business matters of the Group CEO, from business analysis, rapid execution to strategic planning, and proactively following up from internal & external meetings. Being able to learn things quickly is pivotal for this role, as this job will evolve rapidly and vary a lot. You will help expand, build, and assist in running parts of our portfolio companies, which means assuming responsibility for high-impact decisions that could fast-track you to become GM, CMO or another leadership position of a company in Our Group. This individual will become part of an ambitious and fast-paced environment with other motivated and driven colleagues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION (including but not limited to)
· Collecting and analysing business data regarding organisational performance and constructing innovative ideas to improve business processes
· Strategize, analyse and execute go-to-market plans, and business opportunities
· Assist the Group CEO in planning and executing strategic and operational high impact projects
· Project manager of assigned projects
· Proactively assist the Group CEO in follow up on meetings with internal and external stakeholders

· Bachelor or Master’s degree holder with outstanding academic results
