Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Solution Engineer to support Nextcloud implementation, migration, infrastructure, security, and compliance projects in Indonesia.
The role combines business analysis, solution architecture, data migration, pre-sales consulting, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
●Conduct customer discovery and gather business, technical, security, migration, and audit requirements.
●Design Nextcloud solutions for on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid environments.
●Understand Linux servers, databases, storage, networking, security, backup, monitoring, and authentication.
●Support migration from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Windows file servers.
●Prepare user, folder, permission, ownership, metadata, and source-to-target migration mappings.
●Design High Availability, backup, Disaster Recovery, RTO, RPO, failover, and recovery requirements.
●Support Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, SSO, and multifactor authentication integration.
●Support ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, release, and service-level management.
●Support ITGC and audit requirements, including access control, change management, backup evidence, logs, patching, and recovery testing.
●Prepare proposals, architecture diagrams, migration plans, test cases, UAT documents, operating procedures, and training materials.
●Support demonstrations, proof of concepts, go-live, migration validation, and post-implementation support.
AI Working Requirement
The candidate must actively use ChatGPT, Claude, and other approved AI tools to:
●Review and validate business and technical requirements.
●Study Nextcloud architecture, migration methods, infrastructure, and security practices.
●Research Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, HA, DR, ITSM, and ITGC requirements.
●Identify technical risks, missing information, dependencies, and solution alternatives.
●Improve architecture documents, migration plans, test cases, audit checklists, and proposals.
●Troubleshoot issues by reviewing logs, configurations, and technical documentation.
All AI-generated recommendations, commands, scripts, and configurations must be technically verified and tested before use.
Requirements
●3–5 years of experience in business analysis, solution engineering, infrastructure, cloud, migration, or system implementation.
●Understanding of Linux, Windows Server, databases, storage, networking, backup, and security.
●Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, or file-server migration.
●Understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, RTO, RPO, ITSM, and ITGC.
●Knowledge of APIs, SSO, SAML, LDAP, PowerShell, Bash, or Python is an advantage.
●Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
●Nextcloud, cloud, ITIL, security, or Microsoft experience is an advantage.
