Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Analyst (Associate/Fresher) Buymed
- Take charge of incidents and requests, process and monitor them until they are completed
- Analyze the root causes of interrupted services
- Update technical documents
- Share knowledge to devs & QC teams
- Meeting with the team to decide & assign task
- Brainstorming how to improve UI/UX of the systems, how to make users happy or improve the performance of operation departments
- Coordinate with other teams to collect requirements & feedback
- Training users to use new features; monitor until users use them completely smooth
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience (Open for Freshers)
- Fast learning & fast problem-solving is a must
- Must be very eager to contribute not only to tech systems but also to the business & success of the company
- Experienced with programming
- Basic knowledge of computer science
- Good knowledge of cloud services, micro-services, network, APIs, popular DB & DBMS
- Experienced with Jira & Confluence is a plus
