Business Administrator

PT Phylion Yifang New Energy is a leading company in the new and renewable energy industry, specializing in electric vehicle technology and energy storage solutions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team in Panongan, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare business documents such as quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor order status, inventory, and customer payments.
• Maintain customer and product master data.
• Prepare sales and business reports.
• Organize business documentation and provide administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Administration, Sales Administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
• Proficient in Google Suit and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
