Job description for Business Administration Leader/Executive at Val-technik Pte Ltd
- Manage and take control (i.e. enforce and maintain) of the primary business process and becoming an expert in the ERP software/system (Autocount Accounting) that is currently employed.
- Manage improved warehouse and logistics management systems (e.g. introducing systems to check goods received for quantities received, correct products received, condition of goods… etc.).
- Assist in performing and preparing year end closing accounts activities (i.e. stocktake and preparation of accounting documents for audit), and eventually (when ready and comfortable in the role) planning and conducting the whole stocktake.
- Manage IT infrastructure (i.e. managing the IT vendor and obtaining an overview of our IT assets and smart devices)
- Manage the maintenance of office equipment.
- Manage the Operations Team and oversee general processes of your colleagues.
- Take control of daily operations and workflows.
- Manage all third-party companies and vendors that are supporting our operations.
- Formulate policies and management tools for operation related activities. (e.g. create information lists and tables to manage third party companies and vendors.)
- Introduce, improve and manage administration tools (e.g. management of staff leave, management of claims).
- Create awareness of relevant grants and subsidies that is able to help the company.
- Drop the cheque remittance.
- Sort out AP invoices for booking for Accounts Executive.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- You have obtained a degree in business administration, operations or accountancy.
- You have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience.
