Busines Operation Manager

We are looking for a Busines Operation Manager with strong leadership, strategic vision, analytical skills, and proven experience in managing multiple business units in an integrated organization. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for leading the company's overall operations to ensure efficiency, profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the company's business strategy, business plan, annual budget, KPIs, and business development roadmap.
Oversee the operations of the Property Development, Construction, Villa Management, Resort, Restaurant & Food & Beverage, and Corporate Support divisions.
Manage project progress, cost control, quality assurance, cash flow, procurement, project scheduling, risk management, and project handover.
Improve occupancy rates, revenue, guest satisfaction, asset maintenance, and operational efficiency for villas and resorts.
Manage food cost, beverage cost, inventory, service quality, and restaurant profitability.
Oversee the company's financial performance through budget control, cash flow management, revenue monitoring, cost efficiency, forecasting, and capital expenditure management.
Conduct regular reviews of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, Budget vs. Actual reports, Project Cost Reports, and Revenue Dashboards.
Develop the organization by building a professional team while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and taxation requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing multiple business units simultaneously.
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
Villa or Resort Management
Hotel
Restaurant
Hospitality Group
Real Estate
Strong understanding of project management, property development, hospitality operations, F&B operations, procurement, contract administration, asset management, and project scheduling.
Solid knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, cost analysis, profitability analysis, financial dashboards, and basic corporate taxation.
Strong strategic thinking, business development, decision-making, change management, negotiation, risk management, and team leadership skills.
