We are looking for a highly organized and technical-minded Building Management Staff to oversee our facility operations and ensure a safe, efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily building maintenance, utilities (MEP), and facility operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building service providers.
- Conduct regular building inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Manage building operational budgets and inventory of facility assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of proven experience in Building Management or Facility Management Operations Manufacturing.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
