WE ARE HIRING – BMS / BUILDING AUTOMATION ENGINEER
PT Abimantrana Engineering Technology (AE Tech) is a multidisciplinary engineering firm delivering integrated solutions across building & infrastructure, industrial facilities, energy, and digital engineering sectors. As we continue to expand our project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced BMS / Automation Engineer to join our remote, project-based engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and support Building Management System (BMS) and automation solutions for building and facility projects
- Develop and review BMS control strategies and control logic for mechanical and electrical systems
- Configure, review, and validate BMS graphics, system architecture, and point lists
- Coordinate BMS integration with HVAC, electrical, fire, and other building systems
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of BMS systems
- Review BMS-related drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with MEP and multidisciplinary engineering teams in a remote working environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines
- Proven experience handling BMS / Building Automation projects
- Experience with major BMS platforms such as: Schneider Electric, Siemens, Honeywell, or equivalent BMS platforms
- Experience with Schneider EcoStruxure / EBO (EcoStruxure Building Operation) is a strong advantage
- Minimum understanding of: BMS graphics development, Control logic and system sequencing,
- Ability to read and interpret control diagrams, I/O lists, and system architecture drawings
- Software programming expertise is not mandatory, provided there is a solid understanding of automation logic and system operation
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, project-based environment
