Main Responsibilities:
• Prep and bake bread including sourdough, shokupan, focaccia, baguette, loaves
• Prep and bake pastry items including cakes, tarts, pies, brownies, cookies
• Reheat, plate, and package bakery items
• Maintain appearance and interact with customers
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and handling
• Maintain quality standards in the kitchen
• Clean kitchen appliances and kitchen area
• Work quickly and efficiently
Skill Requirements & Qualifications:
• Indonesian citizen, no criminal record
• Able to work early morning, nights, and/or holidays
• Must be able to lift 20kg safely and effectively
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Good understanding and conversational in English
• 1 year of experience in F&B establishment
Preferred:
• Previous work experience in F&B establishment/café/bakery
• Knowledge of food safety, food storage, and food allergens
Key Performance Indicators:
• Attendance and tardiness
• Reviews based on speed of service, food quality, and food preparation/illnesses
• Average time to complete orders
• Food cost and food waste percentage/totals
• Opening stock of showcase
