Job Overview
The Branding Manager is responsible for driving HGI's brand building and awareness growth in the Indonesian market. This role focuses on brand positioning, communication themes, key initiatives, and long-term brand image development through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies for the Indonesian market
Brand Positioning: Define and maintain clear brand positioning that resonates with target audiences
Communication Planning: Develop integrated communication themes and messaging frameworks
Brand Asset Management: Oversee development and maintenance of brand assets, guidelines, and toolkits
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency
Brand Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor brand health metrics and KPIs
Market Research: Conduct regular market research to understand brand perception and identify opportunities
Budget Planning: Develop and manage brand budget to maximize ROI
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
Proven experience in brand building and awareness campaigns in Indonesia
Strong understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior and market dynamics
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business
Experience in gaming or technology industry
Digital marketing and social media expertise
Experience with brand tracking and analytics tools
