Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Plan and implement branding, promotional campaigns, and product launches across multiple channels (offline & online).
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media content, paid ads, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate events, partnerships, and sponsorship activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Create and monitor marketing materials and content (brochures, posters, digital assets, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insight research to support marketing decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and design) to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Evaluate marketing performance and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong understanding of F&B products, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Proven experience in branding, promotions, and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative, analytical, and self-driven with a strong initiative and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising tools.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team player.
