Key Responsibilities
KOL Strategy
- Develop and execute KOL strategy aligned with brand objectives and campaign priorities
- Identify emerging creators, trends, and platform opportunities relevant to target audience
- Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, EMV, CTR, conversion, and GMV contribution
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
Community Strategy
- Build and manage brand communities to strengthen loyalty and advocacy
- Create engagement initiatives both online and offline to increase community participation
- Develop programs that encourage user-generated content (UGC) and organic advocacy
Partnership
- Develop collaboration concepts that can increase visibility, audience acquisition, and sales
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on brand fit, audience relevance, and business impact
- Negotiate collaboration scope, deliverables, and partnership value
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage KOL Specialist and Community & Partnership Specialist
- Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance regularly
- Ensure smooth workflow, execution quality, and timely delivery across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, community, or brand activation
- Strong understanding of social media trends, creator economy, and beauty/lifestyle consumer behavior
- Proven track record in driving brand awareness and sales through partnerships or influencer campaigns
- Experience managing KOL campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong networking, negotiation, and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Experience leading teams is preferred
