🚀 We’re Hiring: Brand Mentor (BM) - REMOTE (WFH)

Kunkwan is looking for a driven and strategic Brand Mentor to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
As a Brand Mentor, you will play a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of sales professionals while driving measurable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, coaching, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
What You’ll Do :
• Recruit and develop a team of at least 10 active members
• Conduct product knowledge & sales training regularly
• Mentor and guide the team to improve performance
• Ensure team sales achieve target
• Implement sales campaigns and marketing strategies
• Monitor performance and provide weekly & monthly reports
What We’re Looking For :
• Minimum 1 year experience in leadership, sales, marketing, or team management
• Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Familiar with social media and online marketing tools
• Proactive, target-driven, and results oriented
📍 Working Hours
Mon–Fri: 08:00–17:00
Sat: 08:00–12:00
Off: 6 days per month
