Role Summary: The Brand Leader / Brand Mentor is responsible for building and leading a dynamic sales team. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to achieve consistent and measurable sales results.

Education Consultant
Role summary: As an Education Consultant, you will be the face and voice of PT Kunkwan Mandarin Indonesia, responsible for presenting our Mandarin programs to potential students. You’ll engage in sales presentations, guide students through the enrollment process, and support them post-sign-up to ensure a smooth experience.

Chief Leader
Role Summary: To lead Brand leader and brand mentor in dynamic sales team.This role focuses on recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to achieve consistent and measurable sales results.
Salary: 12juta-67juta
Qualification
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in leadership, team management, sales, or marketing.• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).• Age below 40 years old.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic online marketing is an added advantage.
• Must possess own Laptop/PC for daily operations.
• Preferably female applicants with a proactive attitude and commitment to performance.
• Must be an Indonesian Citizen (with valid identification).
