Job Description
- Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, value proposition, key messaging, and brand identity aligned with target consumers.
- Conduct market and consumer research, including consumer insights, market trends, competitor analysis, and product feedback to support marketing and product development strategies.
- Develop product positioning, key selling points, product stories, and educational communication around dermatologic care and product benefits.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, product launches, activations, content strategies, and digital communication across multiple channels.
- Develop and manage collaborations with KOLs, KOCs, communities, experts, and strategic partners to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and engagement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, or Marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, market trends, and product positioning.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with beauty, skincare, and digital marketing trends.
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to develop clear and compelling brand and product communication across various channels.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
