Brand Marketing Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Do market research initiatives to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities
• Advising multiple teams on branding strategy
• Align Branding and Business Goals
• Develop brand guidelines (campaigns / event / launching)
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives
• Developing and implementing communication strategies
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth in the Indonesian market.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Marketing Department, home appliances industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
• Solid project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

Experience in product launches and brand partnerships is a plus.

Passion for consumer brands and a keen eye for market trends.

Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
