1. BRAND MANAGEMENT
* Maintain consistency of hotel and restaurant brand identity.
* Ensure proper use of logos, fonts, colors, and brand guidelines.
* Monitor all guest-facing marketing materials.
* Maintain brand standards across all platforms and touchpoints.
2. DESIGN & CREATIVE COORDINATION
* Coordinate internal and external designers.
* Prepare creative briefs and design requests.
* Review design layouts before final approval.
* Coordinate production of:
* Hotel brochures
* Restaurant menus
* In-room materials
* Signage
* Promotional materials
* Sales presentations
* Investor presentations
* Digital advertisements
3. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
* Manage and coordinate all social media channels.
* Create monthly content calendars.
* Schedule and publish content.
* Coordinate content production with photographers and videographers.
* Monitor engagement and audience growth.
* Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
4. CONTENT CREATION
* Coordinate photo and video shoots.
* Develop content ideas and campaigns.
* Write captions and content briefs.
* Maintain a content library for marketing use.
* Support storytelling around the hotel, restaurant, wellness facilities, guest experiences, and destination experiences.
5. ONLINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
* Monitor guest reviews daily.
* Respond to reviews on:
* Booking.com
* Agoda
* Expedia
* TripAdvisor
* Escalate critical guest complaints to management.
* Track review scores and guest sentiment.
6. WEBSITE & DIGITAL PRESENCE
* Coordinate website updates.
* Ensure content accuracy.
* Support SEO and digital marketing activities.
* Coordinate promotional campaigns and direct booking initiatives.
7. PRE-OPENING MARKETING
* Support hotel launch activities.
* Coordinate opening campaigns.
* Assist with media partnerships.
* Coordinate influencer visits and collaborations.
* Support public relations activities.
8. BUILDING IN PUBLIC PROGRAM
The Marketing & Brand Coordinator will be responsible for documenting and showcasing the journey of creating Ellison Hotel Berawa from pre-opening through launch.
Responsibilities include:
* Documenting construction and project progress.
* Creating weekly visual updates.
* Coordinating behind-the-scenes content.
* Showcasing team recruitment and training.
* Supporting management branding initiatives.
* Creating storytelling content around the development of the hotel and restaurant.
9. INTERNAL MARKETING SUPPORT
* Support Sales Team with marketing materials.
* Support HR with recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
* Support operational departments with guest communication materials.
* Assist management with presentations and reports.
10. REPORTING
Prepare monthly reports including:
* Social media performance.
* Engagement metrics.
* Audience growth.
* Review scores.
* Guest sentiment analysis.
* Campaign performance.
* Website performance.
* Marketing activity summary.
REQUIREMENTS
* Indonesian Nationality.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality Marketing, Hotel Marketing, Restaurant Marketing, or Lifestyle Brands.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms.
* Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
* Good English communication skills.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
