Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

Location: Miin Hair and Beauty
Reports To: Salon Director

Key Responsibilities:

	1.	Strategic Planning
	•	Develop and execute a marketing plan to promote Miin’s services, products, and unique brand identity.
	•	Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to engage new and returning clients.
	2.	Digital Marketing
	•	Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent and engaging content. Include taking photos and videos.
	•	Develop and maintain the salon’s website, optimizing it for SEO and user experience.
	•	Execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to increase visibility and bookings.
	3.	Content Creation
	•	Create eye-catching visuals, videos, and posts that highlight salon services, team members, and customer transformations.
	4.	Customer Engagement
	•	Develop loyalty programs and promotional campaigns to retain clients.
	•	Manage online reviews and reputation by responding promptly to feedback.
	•	Organize events or workshops to strengthen community ties.
	5.	Analytics and Reporting
	•	Monitor and analyze the success of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM systems.
	•	Provide regular reports on ROI, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
	6.	Partnerships and Collaboration
	•	Collaborate with influencers, beauty brands, and local businesses for cross-promotions.
	•	Build relationships with clients and showcase their testimonials or success stories.

Qualifications:

	1.	Education:
	•	Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
	2.	Experience:
	•	Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry.
	•	Proven track record of managing successful social media and digital campaigns.
	3.	Skills:
	•	Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
	•	Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
	•	Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
	•	Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
	4.	Personal Attributes:
	•	Creative and innovative thinker.
	•	Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
	•	Passionate about beauty, fashion, and customer service.
