Job Descriptions:
- Lead and supervise all marketing teams and activities
- Plan, develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Set marketing budgets and targets.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and wants of the audience.
- Identify problems faced by consumers and seek opportunities.
- Track, measure, and analyze marketing initiatives.
- Manage sponsorships and event partnerships to enhance brand visibility and generate consumer interest.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Creative and experienced in running digital and offline campaigns.
- Strong understanding of how to identify target audiences.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels and tools.
