To scale this vision, we are seeking a strategic Brand Marketing Manager to architect, develop, and execute our comprehensive brand strategy from the ground up, transforming Keiko into the top-of-mind category authority while driving robust e-commerce revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO in a highly objective and supportive environment, you will spearhead our long-term brand positioning, establish premium brand equity, and lead a talented creative team to optimize multi-channel performance funnels.
Job desc:
- Develop and execute branding & marketing strategies to strengthen premium brand positioning, increase brand awareness, and drive profitable sales growth.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints on digital platforms such as social media, website, marketplaces, advertisements, and live shopping.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure all strategies, campaigns, and activities are executed effectively and aligned with business targets and KPIs.
- Plan, execute, and optimize creative marketing campaigns across digital channels including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, marketplaces, KOL/influencer marketing, and social media.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, growth opportunities, and effective marketing strategies.
- Drive multi-channel sales by architecting and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing funnels across Meta Ads, Google Ads, e-commerce, and D2C channels.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure marketing spending generates measurable business results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, preferably from premium D2C brands.
- Proven track record of balancing premium Brand Strategy (identity & positioning) with high-converting Performance Marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and commerce metrics
- Creative, proactive, highly initiative, and able to generate innovative marketing ideas that differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
