What started as a small journey of creating uniforms with care has, over time, grown into a brand trusted by healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness businesses across Indonesia.

We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to join our team 🤓
What you'll do:
• Define customer & positioning
• Build brand strategy
• Develop marketing campaigns and ensure smooth executions across teams
• Manage KOL & Influencer collaborations - sourcing , outreach, briefing , scheduling , deliverables and recaps
• Translate Strategy into content
• Analyze customer & sales data
• Work closely with founder / designer / photograpgers / production teams and external vendors
• Coordinate with existing marketing team partners.
• Manage vendors & production for marketing materials ( signage, event setup , gifts, etc)
• Overseeing social media & content direction across multichannels.
• Conducting competitor, market, fashion trend and customer research
• Analyzing campaign , content, customer, sales performance and transalting strategy into actionable recommendations
• Managing marketing budgets & evaluating campaign effectiveness & ROI
• Ensure all executions alight with the brand's identity & long term vision
what we’re looking for:
• Min 2 yrs of experience in marketing/brand strategy
• Passionate in fashion, branding, social media, & consumer trends
• Highly organized, detail oriented & proactive in managing timelines and deliverables
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, resourceful, solution oriented and calm under pressure
• understanding of indonesian consumers & digital commerce
• comfortable leading a small team
• proactive, curious & hands on
• creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and aesthetics
