Marketing Manager – Multi Brand F&B

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing direction and execution across 3 growing F&B brands.
This is a multi-brand role with broad ownership.
You will work closely with management and operational teams to connect brand building, customer acquisition, campaigns, digital marketing, CRM, partnerships, and commercial growth.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just ask:
“What should we post?”
But also:
“How can marketing grow the business?”
What You’ll Do
• Develop marketing strategies and plans across 3 F&B brands
• Build and strengthen each brand’s positioning and communication
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Lead social media, content, and digital marketing direction
• Develop CRM, loyalty, and customer retention initiatives
• Create partnerships, collaborations, events, and brand activations
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate marketing effectiveness
• Track campaign and commercial performance using data
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the marketing team
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Business Development, and Management
• Continuously identify opportunities to grow traffic, transactions, and customer loyalty
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Growth Marketing, or related roles
• Experience leading projects, campaigns, and/or marketing teams
• Strong understanding of both brand building and commercial performance
• Able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, targets, and marketing performance metrics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on attitude — able to think strategically while still getting things done
• Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong advantage
