Key Responsibilities:
- Own Scarlett’s brand strategy & direction, ensuring consistency across campaigns, content and brand touchpoints.
- Plan and execute campaigns, launches & collaborations from concept through execution.
- Lead our social media, content & storytelling, with a clear point of view and strong brand presence.
- Source, approach & manage partnerships with KOLs, media, brands, and other relevant partners.
- Manage incoming marketing leads from initial contact and follow-ups to negotiation and execution.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines & deliverables, ensuring everything stays on track from start to finish.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to bring marketing initiatives to life, while leading and developing the marketing team.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing, partnerships, or related fields. F&B marketing experience is highly preferred, with hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands as a plus.
- Strong commercial sense, with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized & detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Curious and culturally aware, with a good understanding of trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring a team.
