About The Role
We're looking for Brand Marketing Lead to drive brand growth and strengthen our market presence. This role will play an important part in shaping our marketing direction, building meaningful colaboration with creators, and connecting our brand with new audience across Indonesia and International Market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female, must wear hijab.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media, KOL, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong branding and visual sense.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including events and bazaars.
- Maintain brand identity and consistency across all channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends and consumer behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance and evaluate KPI achievements.
- Lead and provide strategic direction to the creative and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Sales, and other departments.
- Manage KOL and affiliate partnerships, including building and nurturing brand communities.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports to the CEO.
