We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to fill the position of Brand Marketing Internship at our office in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta.

As a Brand Marketing Intern at Alliance Cosmetics, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our beloved brands, SILKYGIRL and BIFESTA. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to understand consumer trends, creating compelling marketing communications, managing social media platforms, developing strategic marketing plans, overseeing KOL operations, and producing engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You will also assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all activities align with the brand's vision and values. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team in an environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

To succeed in this role, we seek candidates who are female and possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong skills in Marketing Communications, Social Media Management, Marketing Strategy, KOL Operations, Content Marketing, and Content Strategy. A passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail are essential. While experience in the beauty industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
