About the role

We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team at PT Bali Maya Permai Food Canning Industry. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive the growth and recognition of our product lines. Based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial part in shaping the marketing direction of our leading food canning company.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and equity
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand development
  • Creating and managing compelling brand content, including advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional materials
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoint
  • Monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging brand management techniques

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food industry
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, consumer behaviour, and marketing principles
  • Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
