Job Description :
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
- Drive brand growth through effective marketing initiatives, product launches, and commercial strategies.
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Identify growth opportunities across retail, digital, partnerships, and brand activations.
- Monitor brand performance, marketing effectiveness, and key business metrics to optimize results.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient ROI across brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent brand experiences and business impact.
- Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Brand Management or a Marketing leadership role.
- Experience in the retail and/or beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, brand expansion, and successful marketing initiatives.
- Strong experience in integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Solid understanding of business performance, P&L management, budgeting, and marketing ROI.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creativity and commercial objectives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
