We are currently seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as an Brand Manager.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the Head of Marketing in preparing marketing plans and strategies
- Work collaboratively with the team to execute marketing activities and campaigns
- Analyze monthly brand performance and prepare reports
- Contribute to achieving sales and market share targets
- Participate in demand planning and sales forecasting
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG industry, preferably in beauty or personal care
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with marketing functions and brand management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creative and proactive mindset
