We’re looking for a Brand Manager who can combine strategy and creativity—brainstorming ideas, developing marketing strategies, and optimizing digital & social media campaigns to drive growth. You will play a key role in one of our emerging brands within the Balans Group ecosystem, helping build it from the ground up.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead end-to-end branding and digital marketing strategies
- Lead brainstorming sessions and actively contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns
- Conceptualize engaging content (social media, campaigns, activations) aligned with brand positioning
- Collaborate with the creative team (design, content, video) to produce strong and compelling storytelling
- Oversee and ensure content execution aligns with strategy and brand quality standards
- Manage and optimize campaign performance across digital channels
- Analyze content trends, digital behavior, and competitors to generate relevant and up-to-date ideas
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Branding, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- Strong understanding of branding strategies, digital marketing & social media trends
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
- Experience working with creative teams & brand development
- Experience in beauty, health, lifestyle, or related industries is a plus.
