Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the brand’s identity to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and values.
• Create and oversee execution of marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Lead branding initiatives for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage social media presence and online reputation to engage with the community and enhance brand loyalty.
• Organize and participate in events and sponsorships to promote the brand locally and regionally.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine brand messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Passionate about hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
