Job Descriptions
- Analyze and develop marketing strategies to improve brand image and sales.
- Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items.
- Plan and execute communications and media actions through all relevant channels, including online and social media, to ensure strong brand visibility both online and offline.
- Monitor and analyse competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Attend in regular meetings and communications with sales team to track sales and growth.
- Work together with product development to discuss about new products.
- Ensuring the visual merchandising in the store goes according to plan.
- Conduct photoshoots / campaigns, product knowledge training to the sales team.
- Conduct research on future trends, market share and customer behavior.
- Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
- Develop strategy,promote brand growth,implementing plants and drives volume.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Have more than 5 years of professional experience in a related industry, beauty product, personal care or FMCG.
- Good analytical skills, able to work on the team and independently.
- Good communication skills and love to develop relationship with all levels of individuals.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet application.
- Have a passion for promoting company brand.
- Strong business acumen, experience in managing P&L and balancing what is right for business and financial delivery.
- Deep understanding on brand building and executions operations to unlock sales operations opportunities, shopper marketing
- Have some exposure or experience in handling brands that have digital commerce presence will be advantage
- Willing to work at West Jakarta
