What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business and marketing objectives and translate brand & campaign ideas into clear, structured, and actionable documentation
- Lead integrated campaign development across digital, social, retail, and trade channels
- Monitor A&P spend, sell-out performance, and market share
- Brief and manage creative, media, and research agencies to deliver on-brand output
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Trade, and Supply Chain to drive execution
Here are the technical requirements you must have:
- At least 2 years' experience in brand management, marketing or related positions.
- Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industry.
- Understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaigns and market analysis.
- Familiarity with processing data and consumer insights into business strategies.
- Good leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good project management skill.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
