As the Brand Manager for Clogent, you will own the end-to-end strategy, growth, and market positioning of the brand. You will be responsible for driving brand equity, managing the brand's product portfolio lifecycle, and ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met. This role requires a unique blend of creative brand-building intuition and strong data-driven analytical skills to lead cross-functional campaigns across marketing, sales, creative, and product development teams.
Job Description
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute the short-term and long-term brand strategy, positioning, and identity for Clogent to ensure a consistent and compelling voice across all consumer touchpoints.
- P&L & Budget Management: Manage the overall marketing budget for Clogent, optimizing resource allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI, revenue growth, and profit margins.
- Campaign Orchestration: Plan, execute, and evaluate end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with the Performance Ads, KOL, Social Media, and Creative teams.
- New Product Development (NPD) & Launch: Collaborate with the R&D and Product Development teams to identify market gaps, conceptualize new products, design packaging concepts, and lead successful go-to-market (GTM) launch strategies.
- Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights: Conduct ongoing market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis to identify emerging trends, threats, and growth opportunities. (colab)
- Sales & Channel Alignment: Partner with the E-commerce and Offline Sales teams to ensure brand assets, pricing strategies, and promotional activities align with channel-specific goals. (colab)
- Brand Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand health metrics, sales data, campaign performance, and product margins to provide actionable recommendations to the executive leadership team.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Direct and brief internal creative teams and external agencies (if applicable) to ensure high-quality visual assets, content, and promotional materials that align with Clogent’s brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Brand Marketing, preferably within the FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or D2C E-commerce industries.
- Proven experience in managing full product lifecycles, from consumer insight generation and product concept development to successful market launch.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data (sales metrics, market share data, consumer analytics, and campaign ROI) into clear strategic actions.
- Strong aesthetic eye with experience guiding creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) to produce highly engaging content.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across matrixed departments (Sales, Creative, Supply Chain, and R&D).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build compelling business cases and present strategies clearly to leadership.
- A highly proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, agility to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a results-oriented approach.
