These are Job Requirements & Job Description for BRAND EXECUTIVE Positions:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent
- Have min. 2 years of experience as a Brand Executive or Brand Development
- Experience in healthcare or personal care in the FMCG industry would be an advantage
- Highly interested in the beauty industry, resourceful, quick learner, able to multitask, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work in Cikupa or Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and executes the Plan and implement ATL & BTL activities for existing and new product launch
- Implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand-building initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets & behavior, and competitors’ activities
