Biyas Store 가게 is a platform selling apparels and accessories from renowned lifestyle brands inspired by K-Fashion. Our products are sourced directly from carefully curated factory outlets across various countries, ensuring guaranteed quality at the best prices. We're looking for individuals with high enthusiasm and creativity to join our team in Cipondoh, Tangerang City. Position: Brand Executive (Korean Playful Aesthetic)

Job Descriptions:

In charge of product trend research & content for our new inhouse brand (Korean-inspired aesthetic).
Researching current K-fashion & lifestyle trends suitable to our target market.
Compiling product briefs (concepts, references & target pricing) for internal review and production hand-off.
Producing social media & promotional contents for Instagram & TikTok, together with internal teams.
Managing day-to-day content posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram & TikTok.

Skills Required:

Minimum 3–5 years experience in social media management, content creation, or merchandising (fresh graduates with strong portfolio may apply).
Strong sense of Korean-influenced fashion & lifestyle trends, especially playful aesthetic items.
Good storytelling and copywriting skills in Instagram & TikTok content format.
Basic photo/video production skills (shooting & editing).
Comfortable with basic data (sales, engagement metrics) to inform product & content decisions.

Office Location: Cipondoh, Tangerang.

WFO from Monday-Friday (09.00 AM - 05.00 PM) - Flexible Hours.

WFH on Saturday (09.00 AM - 12.30 PM) - Flexible Hours.

Starting salary is negotiable according to skills & experiences.
