Key Responsibilities
As a Brand Digital Officer, you will play an important role in executing marketing strategies and driving brand growth across multiple channels.
- Execute brand and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage and monitor social media platforms and digital content
- Support the implementation of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPM, engagement, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities
- Support e-commerce activities across platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia
- Develop and review creative assets to ensure impactful and engaging content across paid and organic channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media platforms)
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Social media savvy, update to current trend, and able to turn it into performing contents & campaigns
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Basic skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with personal care, beauty, and lifestyle industry
