About the Role We're looking for a Brand Development Trainee to grow into a corporate/masterclass sales closer under our guidance. You'll learn the full sales cycle, from lead to signed deal, while representing myCOLOR ID's premium consulting brand to HR, L&D, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
• Support and gradually own the sales cycle for corporate/masterclass programs: prospecting, pitching, follow-up, closing
• Assist in building relationships with HR/L&D decision-makers
• Help create and customize proposals/pitch decks
• Learn objection-handling, especially around price stalls
• Maintain CRM/spreadsheet discipline with SLA-based follow-ups
• Work closely with marketing on lead quality feedback
Requirements
• 0–2 years sales experience (fresh grads welcome) with strong communication skills
• Fast learner, coachable, eager to grow into a closing role
• Comfortable with rejection and problem-solving on the fly
• Organized and disciplined with follow-up/CRM tasks
• Interest in premium/consultative service selling (not hard discounting)
