Brand Content Producer
Based in Bali, Office Based, Occasional Travel Required
Wellness by Solace is Indonesia’s leading provider of luxury wellness equipment, specialising in premium saunas, ice baths, chillers, and bespoke wellness installations for residential and commercial clients. Our products are installed in private homes, villas, resorts, gyms, and high end developments across Indonesia and internationally.
As the business continues to grow, we are building a stronger internal content engine to support brand authority, sales, and international expansion. We are seeking a highly capable Brand Content Producer who can capture the substance of the business and translate it into compelling visual content.
This role is hands on and highly creative. You will produce high quality photo and video content that documents installations, explains products, captures founder insights, showcases testimonials, and builds trust with both clients and international partners. The right candidate understands how to create content that meets international standards and uses modern tools and AI assisted workflows to produce content efficiently
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience producing high quality brand or social media content
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video and content production you were personally responsible for
- Experience producing content for internationally positioned brands
- Ability to plan, film, edit, and deliver high quality visual content independently
- Strong understanding of short form video storytelling and direct response principles, including hooks, pattern interrupts, audience retention, and calls to action
- Experience appearing on camera is a bonus but not required
- Familiarity with AI assisted creative tools and modern content production workflows
- Strong English communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high quality photo and video content across the business, including installations, product demonstrations, testimonials, founder insights, behind the scenes activity, and events
- Produce and edit short form video and visual content suitable for social media and paid campaigns
- Plan and maintain a structured content calendar and manage publishing across social channels
- Build and maintain a growing library of brand assets that support marketing, advertising, and sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative variations and content that can support paid media testing
- Manage creator collaborations and UGC content where appropriate
- Travel occasionally for installation shoots, project documentation, and brand storytelling opportunities
