Deskripsi pekerjaan Brand Communications Manager House of Tugu Jakarta

Key Responsibilities :

  • Brand & Marketing

Develop and execute De Tiger's overall brand, marketing and promotional strategy.

Create and manage marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions and special events.

Direct the creative direction of all visual and promotional materials, working closely with graphic designers, photographers, videographers and content creators.

Ensure a consistent and distinctive brand identity across all marketing channels.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Content & Communications

Oversee social media content planning, photoshoots and video productions.

Write or coordinate press releases, newsletters and promotional copy.

Build relationships with media, influencers, photographers and content creators to generate publicity and strengthen the De Tiger brand.

  • Business Development & Partnerships

Build strategic partnerships with premium alcohol brands for collaborations, sponsorships, guest shifts and promotional campaigns.

Develop relationships with musicians, jazz artists, DJs and performers.

Identify collaboration opportunities with luxury brands, fashion labels, automotive brands, watchmakers and other lifestyle partners.

Build strong relationships with hotel concierges, luxury travel advisors, corporate clients, event planners and other referral partners.

Identify new sales channels, partnerships and promotional opportunities that increase awareness and guest traffic.

Position De Tiger as one of Jakarta's leading cocktail and jazz destinations through strategic partnerships, events, media exposure and memorable guest experiences.

  • Internal Collaboration & Cross-Promotion

Work closely with the other House of Tugu Jakarta venues—including Babah Koffie, Jajaghu and the boutique hotel—to develop integrated marketing campaigns and cross-promotional initiatives.

Create packages and guest experiences that encourage visitors to explore multiple venues during their visit.

Collaborate with the Rooms Division to increase in-house guest engagement through concierge recommendations, pre-arrival communications, exclusive guest offers and curated experiences.

Help strengthen the House of Tugu Jakarta brand by ensuring each venue actively supports and promotes the others.

  • Events & Guest Experience

Curate regular entertainment including live jazz, guest bartenders, cultural experiences and special events.

Coordinate launches, media nights and exclusive invitation-only events.

Ensure every activation reflects the unique identity and story of De Tiger.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, premium F&B, nightlife, events or brand marketing.
  • Strong business development and networking skills, with an existing hospitality or lifestyle network preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Creative, commercially minded and results-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of branding, social media and digital marketing.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when events require.
