Job Description
- Develop, plan, and implement branding and promotional strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and brand image.
- Manage advertising and promotional activities across both online and offline channels in accordance with brand requirements.
- Create and execute brand storytelling through campaigns, content marketing, events, and other promotional activities.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, communities, event organizers, influencers, media partners, and other external stakeholders to support brand exposure.
- Develop creative campaign ideas aligned with fashion trends and the company's target market.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding promotional needs, visual branding, and campaign execution.
- Assist in the production of promotional materials, including photoshoots, video shoots, events, and social media content.
- Create and ensure that all visual and promotional communication materials are consistent with the company's brand identity and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate fashion trends, social media developments, competitor activities, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Generate innovative ideas and initiatives to improve engagement and strengthen the company's brand image.
Qualifications
- Female, with a professional appearance, strong presence, and excellent communication skills.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing Communication, Communication Studies, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Branding, Advertising & Promotion, Content Marketing, or the Fashion Retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and content storytelling.
- Creative, innovative, and up to date with fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends.
- Basic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other design applications.
- Strong visual sense and branding awareness.
- Ability to develop campaign concepts and promotional ideas that are engaging and relevant to the target market.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team while meeting targets and deadlines.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
