Deskripsi pekerjaan Brand Business Specialist PT. Vivo Mobile Indonesia

Job Description : 
1. Responsible for handling Data Administrative and paperwork management 
2. Responsible for Business administration, monitoring, analysis, and maintaining expenses completeness and conformance with procedures and regulations. 

3. Understanding Branding Business operation flow 

4. Ensure the security and validity of the project by coordinating with internal parties (Legal, Audit, and Finance) 
5. Organizing pitching by managing the pitching process to ensure the company gets the best resources in the industry with competitive prices and services. 
6. Responsible to handle price negotiation, contract signing, payment process, and any other administrative work if necessary
 7. Involve in all day-to-day work between vendor & demanding team, working as a bridge to forwarding the demand needs to the vendor and monitor the execution of vendor.
8. Managing the vendor pool and making vendor performance evaluations quarterly 

9. Coordinate with a Business partner to ensure the payment progress 

10. Constantly update job knowledge and other job required by Dept. head

Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in communication/business management or related major
 Two or more years of background working as an account executive • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Fluent in English is a must. Mandarin is an advantage. 
Great analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 
Have strong negotiation skills and incoordination 
• Have a strong sense of responsibility for work and have very good leadership experienced. 
Must have excellent follow-up and follow-through skills 
Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively independently or work with the team. 
Must be able to handle multiple tasks
 Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
 • In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making 
• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks to deliver it to managerial 
• Better to have Business Administration work experiences before in the Branding field (PR, Content, Digital, Event, Media Placement)
