Brand Associate
Your role:
1. Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers through a consultative approach and understanding of customer lifestyles
2. Guide the customer journey from inquiry to vehicle delivery
3. Maintain thoughtful follow-ups and on going engagement
4. Ensure a seamless experience through internal coordination
5. Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
We're looking for someone who:
1. Maximum age of 25 years old
2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field; a Master's degree (S2) is preferred
3. Brings experience across premium-facing industries and engage high-value customers with confidence, clarity, and emphaty
4. Build relationships with ease and intention while maintaining a refined presence and professional discipline
5. Communicates effectively with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
6. Show curiousity toward technology, lifestyle, and modern mobility trends
7. Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency preferred
