Deskripsi pekerjaan Brand assistant Merchandiser PT. Anugrah Jaya Retailindo
Responsibilities :
Monitor product sales and stock availability across stores
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Analyze best-selling and slow-moving products
Coordinate replenishment and product distribution
Support inventory planning and stock allocation
Coordinate with warehouse, stores, suppliers, and internal departments
Maintain accurate product and merchandising data in the system
Assist in product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure timely follow-up on product deliveries and stock issues
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Management, Marketing, Fashion Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
Good analytical and administrative skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
Familiarity with ERP/Retail systems (SAP, Oracle, Retail Pro, etc.) is an advantage
