Brand and Social Media Manager
Miniletics is a start-up sports merchandising company that sells goods directly to consumers through the internet (E-Commerce). Our vision is to make our own brand to be known as an Indonesian brand that is internationally acknowledged and recognized not only as a sports brand but also a household brand. We believe that putting the sweat and progress today, prepares us for tomorrow. · Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
· Actively track, analyze and report brand performance on business results (revenue) and brand performance metrics
· Work hand-in-hand with the CEO developing annual brand & marketing communication plan – defining brand & marketing goals, objectives, social media platforms strategies, revenue-target and KPI
· Lead Creative team and Social Media team and also act as strategist
· Doing partnership with externals for campaigns, communities and sponsorships
· Research and evaluate community/events to be sponsored, how miniletics could give value-add and how those event could generate business results
· Create briefs to creative/media team that translate to creative work that drives engagement and influence
· Community building and relationship sustaining efforts
· Influencer management and relationship
· Assist in project management for big campaigns, brand partnerships and KOL collaborations
· Onboard and manage relationship with brand partners including KOLs, other brands, miniletics key ambassador, and community leaders
2+ years' brand management or marketing experience in the lifestyle/fitness/wellness/sports/culture or fashion industries with direct experience in E-Commerce or DTC Marketing.
Routine exercise or doing sports is highly preferable
Deep understanding how social media (tiktok, instagram, youtube, and twitter) works
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience applying marketing fundamentals
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
1+ years experienced as a leader with minimum 3 people subordinates
Strong interpersonal skills (team player)
Exceptional verbal, written (grammar) and presentation communication skills
Comfortable managing ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
This position will direct report to the CEO. We expect the candidate to be open-minded and love new challenges as the business grows.
