About the role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Brand & Marketing Supervisor to lead and develop marketing activities for Agatis Stationery Products. This role will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, developing marketing strategies, and driving product growth through effective marketing campaigns and market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for Agatis Stationery products to increase brand awareness, market penetration, and sales performance.
- Manage and strengthen the Agatis brand identity, ensuring consistent brand positioning and communication across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and product launches for Agatis Stationery.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging marketing content and promotional materials for digital and offline channels, including social media, marketplaces, events, exhibitions, and point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns based on brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and relevant business communities to support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular marketing reports, market insights, and performance analysis for management.
- Support the development of new products, packaging, promotional materials, and other brand-related initiatives.
- Stay updated on stationery industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing channels to identify opportunities for Agatis.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in All Major (prefered from Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field is point plus)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Activation, Marketing Field, Marketing, Product Marketing, or a related position, preferably in the FMCG, stationery, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
- Creative, analytical, and commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Willing to mobile and travel when required.
