Brand & Partnerships Manager

Qualifications
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, hospitality, luxury lifestyle, premium F&B, nightlife, events, or business development.
* Proven experience in brand building, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and event execution.
* Strong network within the hospitality, lifestyle, media, entertainment, or luxury sectors is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Strong understanding of branding, social media, content marketing, and digital marketing.
* Creative, commercially minded, and results-driven with strong project management skills.
* Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours when required.
* Passionate about hospitality, cocktails, music, culture, and luxury lifestyle experiences.
* Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability, with the ability to turn ideas into execution.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience launching or repositioning hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
* Existing relationships with premium liquor brands, distributors, media, influencers, musicians, artists, DJs, or event organizers.
* Experience working with luxury hotels, bars, restaurants, or PR agencies.
* Basic photography, videography, or design skills are a plus.
