Brand & Partnership Associate (Part-Time) – Bali
Location: Bali, remote-friendly (in-person meetups with partners when needed)
Type: Part-time, flexible hours
Pay: Starting IDR 1,000,000/month + commission (earn up to IDR 10,000,000+ in year 1)
About the Role
Love meeting new people and closing deals? We're looking for someone to be the face of Cinchy to hotels, hostels, cafes, and travel businesses across Bali — plus grow our online partnerships too. You'll build relationships that bring in more customers, and help shape our monthly promos along the way.
This is 80% partnerships (offline and online), 20% brand — perfect if you're outgoing, love the hustle of pitching and negotiating, and want a role where your hard work directly turns into more money in your pocket.
What You'll Do
1. Partnerships (80%)
- Meet with hotels, hostels, cafes, coworking spaces, and travel businesses to set up partnerships (offline)
- Build relationships with affiliates, bloggers, and content creators, and explore ebook/guide collabs (online)
- Pitch Cinchy, negotiate deals, and keep partners happy after signing
- Track how much business each partner brings in
2. Brand (20%)
- Help plan monthly promos and campaigns
- Brief our social media team when a partner needs content created for them
- Keep our brand message consistent across every partnership
- Monthly Analytics
Who We're Looking For
- Bali-based, happy to meet partners in person
- A natural talker — confident pitching and negotiating
- Comfortable with online outreach too (affiliates, creators, bloggers)
- Bonus points if you already know people in hospitality or tourism
- Organized enough to keep track of your own leads and follow-ups
- 1-3 years experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality
