Bocorocco as High End Fashion Brand that offers footwear revolution. Bocorocco has more than 70 counters throughout Indonesia with 8 Luxury Boutiques in Gandaria City Mall, Pondok Indah Mall 1, Mall @Alam Sutera, Grand Outlet Karawang, Puri Indah Mall 2, Bintaro Jaya XChange Mall, Hejo Mall Bandung, and Summarecon Mall Bekasi.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Brand Partnership, Public Relations, or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management.
- Experienced in managing marketing administrative documents and reports.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and media relations.
- Experienced in managing KOLs/influencers, including negotiation, coordination, and campaign execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
- Creative in developing brand growth strategies, both visually and editorially.
- Highly driven, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (Work From Office at PIK 1, North Jakarta, and Work From Anywhere/onsite visits to Bocorocco boutiques as required).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnerships with media outlets and brand partners to increase Bocorocco’s brand awareness by identifying relevant collaboration opportunities and aligning them with the company’s marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, brand partners, KOLs, and other external stakeholders to expand brand exposure through regular communication and partnership coordination.
- Manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, buzzers, and brand ambassadors to support marketing campaigns, including KOL selection, campaign briefing, coordination, and content performance monitoring.
- Handle partnership agreements, contracts, and invoices related to vendors, KOLs, and media partners to ensure proper campaign administration and documentation in coordination with the Finance team.
- Ensure all administrative requirements related to marketing campaigns, budgeting, and performance analysis are completed accurately and on time to support marketing operations.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership campaign performance by analyzing engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and stay updated on industry trends to support Bocorocco’s brand growth through market research and competitor benchmarking.
