Deskripsi pekerjaan Brand & Marketing Manager PT. Karacoco Nucifera Pratama
- Own and grow multiple brands under the Kara portfolio (existing and new) — including Kara Coconut Water and Kara Coconut Cooking Oil — across all channels and markets.
- Lead the launch of new direct-to-consumer brands from the ground up — brand identity, positioning, and full go-to-market strategy.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end: digital, social media, influencer/KOL, trade marketing, and activations.
- Develop and execute annual brand plans covering messaging, audience strategy, and campaign calendars across a diverse product range.
- Own performance — set KPIs, manage budgets, track results, and report directly to the President Director.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with external agencies/stakeholders and internal teams such as product, sales, and operations to align brand activity with commercial objectives.
- Be the creative and strategic engine of the marketing function — with real autonomy and minimal bureaucracy.
- Grow into a people leader — as the company scales, you'll hire and manage a junior marketing team.
